Supply Chain Manager – On-site (OH)

We are partnering with a highly specialized manufacturing organization to find a Supply Chain Manager based on-site in Springboro, Ohio. You will play a key part in maintaining compliance with stringent industry standards while driving efficiency, reducing risk, and supporting production success.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and production planning
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that ensure material availability while maintaining full traceability
• Ensure adherence to quality standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100 across the supply chain
• Oversee production scheduling and configuration control to align with evolving project requirements
• Build and manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking, audits, and contract negotiations
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of materials and production professionals
• Leverage data and reporting to drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, program management, and external partners

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, or production control
• Strong expertise in production planning, inventory control, and procurement strategy
• Experience working within regulated environments with strict quality standards
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Infor Syteline is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
