Systems Administrator – Onsite (NY)

We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator to join a growing IT services team supporting businesses across the New York City area. This role is ideal for a driven IT professional who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working directly with clients, and being part of a collaborative environment where learning and growth are encouraged. The Systems Administrator will play an important role in maintaining and improving the technology infrastructure that keeps client businesses running smoothly.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide technical support to clients located throughout the New York City area
• Troubleshoot and resolve day to day IT issues both remotely and on site
• Perform system and server installations, upgrades, and configurations
• Maintain and support Windows-based infrastructure and cloud services
• Assist with network troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance
• Support end users with device management, connectivity, and system performance

What You Should Have

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Technical Support Engineer, or IT Technician
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work directly with clients in a professional setting
• Experience supporting business environments and resolving infrastructure issues

Technical Expertise

• Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and 2019
• Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office 365
• VMware ESX
• Mobile device management and support
• Firewall configuration, routing, and switching devices

Compensation and Employment Details

• Full time position
• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET
• On site role in the Financial District, New York City
• 401(k) with company match
