We’re excited to partner with a forward-thinking eCommerce company seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead strategic digital initiatives that drive operational excellence and business growth.

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in planning, budgeting, and executing complex digital projects that strengthen the company’s eCommerce and technology ecosystem. From website migrations to CRM integrations, you’ll oversee initiatives that enhance performance, scalability, and customer experience. What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects from scoping through post-launch review.
- Partner with leadership to define priorities, establish budgets, and align initiatives with strategic goals.
- Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable project plans.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts to ensure cost efficiency and ROI.
- Identify and secure internal and external resources to meet delivery objectives.
- Coordinate developers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
- Oversee improvements and integrations across key platforms, including eCommerce systems and CRMs.
- Support deployment of new technologies such as 3D visualization, automation, and AI tools.
- Leverage data and automation to enhance project tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing performance and refining workflows.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience leading complex digital or technical projects in an eCommerce, SaaS, or agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage large budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of web platforms, CRMs, APIs, and system integrations.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve project efficiency is a plus.
- A collaborative, solutions-driven mindset with strong leadership capabilities.
The Details
Location: Hybrid, 2 days in-office, 3 days remote (Minneapolis, MN)
Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year
