Job Title: TikTok Shop Specialist
Location: Remote (USA) or Hybrid in NYC (1–2x/week preferred)

Salary: $65,000–$90,000 USD
About the Role:
We’re hiring a TikTok Shop Specialist to join a fast-growing NYC-based marketing agency. In this role, you’ll manage the backend of multiple client TikTok Shop accounts and ensure their listings are optimized, compliant, and performing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings and catalog setup on TikTok Shop
- Track performance metrics and generate reports
- Coordinate with content and compliance teams
- Communicate key needs and updates to internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop (self-taught welcome)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Experience with digital storefronts or marketplaces is a plus
