Role Purpose:

1. To identify, contact, and onboard organizations who would benefit from our services.
2. To source and place The Right Talent for our clients.
3. This is an outbound sales and recruitment role.

Role Execution:

• Build in-depth market knowledge of your specialist vertical and geography.
• Market map candidates and clients in your specialist vertical within your geographic region.
• Use sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn to find candidates.
• Use data and outreach platforms such as ZoomInfo to contact potential clients.
• Conduct cold outreach to potential clients using tools such as Outlook, phone, LinkedIn,& social media.
• Have meaningful qualifying conversations with candidates and clients to understand their needs.
• Present client opportunities to candidates and candidates to clients.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to successful placement.
• Build long-term valuable relationships with clients.
• Track all interactions in our CRM – Salesforce.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and outcome KPI targets.

A typical week:

• Mapping and approaching talent within your market. (30%)
• Mapping and approaching clients withing you market. (30%)
• Speaking with candidates to understand needs and assess suitability. (20%)
• Presenting candidates to clients and managing the recruitment process (10%)
• Speaking with clients to understand their needs. (5%)
• Internal meetings and data entry. (5%)


• Internal

o Direct Manager > Daily meetings, weekly 1-1’s, monthly business review.
o Teammates > Daily interaction, share knowledge and celebrate success.
o RevOps > Learning, training, & development, data analysis, reports.

• External

o Candidates > Source, approach, qualify, build relationship, lead generation, place.
o Clients > Identify, contact, sell services, build relationship, understand their needs, place The
Right People with them.
