We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing with a digital focus to lead the strategic planning and vision for our client’s digital platforms. This role includes overseeing website content, community development, social media marketing, eCommerce, and digital technology. The VP will serve as a leader and key advisor, playing a critical role in defining and directing digital and communication strategies for a range of global brands.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy, overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of all web properties.
  • Build and lead a robust digital marketing department through strategic hiring, training, and development.
  • Manage global digital marketing efforts across major social media networks, developing strategies to grow the brand’s fan base and enhance consumer engagement.
  • Stay informed on the latest web trends, best practices, and standards to advise the marketing leadership team effectively.
  • Create and implement a content distribution strategy aimed at reaching new audiences and maximizing engagement with high-quality digital assets.
  • Evolve SEM and SEO strategies to deliver tangible results aligned with specific marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Brand Marketing, Innovations, Commercial, and Sports Sponsorships, to develop innovative digital experiences.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns and strategies, optimizing them to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring consistent marketing standards globally and aligning strategies with overall corporate objectives.

Position Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, social media, and paid media management.
  • Proven success in developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of leading collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
