Core Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Manage and inspire digital marketing teams, ensuring they achieve targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, offering training and mentorship to promote team growth.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments, providing clear feedback to boost team effectiveness and engagement.

Digital Expertise & Innovation:

  • Maintain expertise in digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the agency competitive.
  • Use your knowledge across marketing channels to support teams in creating effective, integrated campaigns.

Strategic Planning & Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic plans that align with client goals and market opportunities.
  • Partner with client-facing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  • Deliver strategic insights and guidance to drive sustained client growth and engagement.

Quality Assurance & Results Management:

  • Define and uphold quality standards across all campaigns, ensuring top-tier performance.
  • Continuously review campaigns to ensure they meet client benchmarks and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Guarantee high levels of client satisfaction by delivering consistent, measurable results.

Process Optimization & Efficiency:

  • Design, implement, and refine processes that improve team productivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Identify areas for operational enhancement and develop innovative solutions to improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in a digital marketing environment, preferably at a senior level.
  • Expertise in areas such as Paid Media, SEO, Content Strategy, and Social Media Management.
  • Strong team-building skills, with experience nurturing and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset, able to translate business objectives into actionable marketing tactics.
