Lead the strategic development, enhancement, and maintenance of all web properties and brand sites for a dynamic and innovative company. Build and lead a talented digital marketing department by recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring team members. Direct global digital marketing efforts across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, to expand the company’s online presence and engage consumers effectively. Provide expert guidance to the marketing leadership team on emerging web trends, best practices, and standards. Develop and execute a comprehensive content distribution plan targeting new consumer segments through captivating photos and videos. Enhance SEM and SEO strategies to achieve measurable results aligned with marketing objectives. Drive the growth of the company’s social media fan base on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Collaborate with internal departments, athletes, teams, and personalities to create compelling content campaigns that elevate the company’s brand image. Lead cross-functional efforts with brand marketing, sports marketing, and other stakeholders to develop innovative digital experiences. Regularly communicate and champion the company’s digital strategy in senior leadership meetings, sharing progress and soliciting feedback. Analyze the effectiveness of content distribution efforts and optimize strategies to attract new audiences. Manage and oversee digital marketing staff in the U.S. and international locations, ensuring alignment with corporate directives. Interact with all levels of the organization to articulate a vision and develop and deliver supporting digital plans. Generate creative growth strategies to expand the company’s fan base and community engagement. Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance effectively.
Requirements:

  • 10+ years of consumer digital marketing experience.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in leading social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat).
  • Experience in managing SEO/SEM, social media, and paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Previous experience in corporate or brand social media management for global organizations.
  • Track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
