A well-established wholesale distributor in the fragrance and cosmetics industry is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and drive operational improvements.

The company has been operating successfully for over 20 years and is known for its stable team and strong employee retention. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the floor, improving processes, and bringing structure and technology to warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 12 warehouse employees
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of wholesale orders
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and daily task planning
• Utilize inventory systems or WMS tools to track inventory and support reporting
• Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth order fulfillment and logistics

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Experience overseeing inventory control, cycle counts, and order fulfillment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage warehouse teams
• Experience improving processes and implementing operational structure
• Comfortable using inventory management systems, ERP, or WMS platforms
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, consumer goods, or similar environments is a plus
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Closed for major Jewish holidays

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
