We’re looking for a Warehouse & Manufacturing Manager to lead daily production workflows and help us scale with purpose.
This ia a leadership opportunity at a fast-growing company focused on operational excellence and mindful manufacturing.
This is a Monday–Friday, on-site role based in Toledo, Ohio.
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
What You’ll Work On:
✅ Lead and develop a collaborative, self-motivated production team
✅ Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on quality, flow, and efficiency
✅ Implement systems to streamline workflows, production tracking, and reporting
✅ Drive continuous improvement and solve hands-on production challenges
✅ Ensure seamless scheduling, staffing, and fulfillment during peak seasons
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in manufacturing or warehouse management, preferably in fast-moving environments
✔ Strong leadership and operational problem-solving skills
✔ Familiarity with inventory systems and production scheduling tools
✔ Someone who values clear communication and team culture
✔ Bonus: A passion for eco-conscious practices and sustainable systems
