Salary: Competitive, based on experience $120,000-$140,000

Our client, Infor Channel Partner, is a premier consultancy firm specializing in delivering innovative Infor ERP solutions to a diverse clientele. They excel in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) solutions, ensuring their clients achieve operational excellence. They are looking for an experienced Syteline ERP Project Manager to join their dynamic team and lead client projects to success.

Position Summary:
The Syteline ERP Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) ERP systems for our client’s customers. This role demands a strategic approach to project management, a deep understanding of Syteline functionalities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams both on-shore and off-shore.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, establish project objectives, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

Team Leadership:

• Coordinate and manage project teams, including internal resources, off-shore teams, and client personnel.
• Provide clear direction, support, and motivation to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations.
• Conduct status meetings, provide progress updates, and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any changes or challenges.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain project integrity and compliance.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits.
• Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders.

Technical Oversight:

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate configuration, customization, and integration of Syteline ERP systems.
• Oversee system testing, data migration, and user training to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing ERP implementations, with at least 3 years specifically in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) ERP systems.
• Proven track record of successful project management in an ERP environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with off-shore teams and managing remote resources.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial version 10 or higher.
• Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, and other reporting tools.
• Familiarity with business process re-engineering and change management practices.
