We are partnering with a growing ERP consulting and implementation team to find a Solution Architect with deep Epicor Kinetic expertise. This is a full-time role designed for a technically strong, customer-facing professional who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable solutions, and working directly with manufacturing clients.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to client sites and conferences as needed. Travel is expected to be less than 30 percent and is planned in advance to support implementations and customer success.

What you will do
- Partner directly with clients to understand requirements and translate them into practical Epicor Kinetic solutions
- Create clear functional requirements documents with accurate estimates and delivery plans
- Design, build, test, and deliver custom Epicor solutions using Application Studio and Kinetic tooling
- Develop and enhance custom UI screens, dashboards, reports, integrations, and automations
- Build integrations between Epicor and third-party systems
- Support both new implementations and existing live customers
- Teach and guide customers on how to manage and maintain delivered solutions
- Collaborate closely with project managers, internal developers, and implementation teams
- Provide input into sales and pre-sales activities including demos and solution design support
What will help you succeed
- Three or more years of hands-on Epicor Kinetic Application Studio development experience
- Strong programming skills with C# and the Epicor development toolset
- Proven experience building integrations, BPMs, data directives, dashboards, and SSRS reports
- Experience gathering requirements directly from customers and managing multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, ERP systems, and underlying business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in customer-facing situations
- Consulting or professional services experience, especially in multi-client environments

- Kinetic UI conversions from classic screens
- SQL and performance analysis
- Automation Studio or Workato
- Bartender labels, ECM or Docstar, configurators, or quality inspection tools
