What You’ll Do

  • Lead sales strategy and execution, from pipeline development to closing deals, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing a deep understanding of client needs and aligning them with tailored solutions.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new and existing clients through proactive business development and relationship management.
  • Own the sales process, including proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking to identify and cultivate new opportunities.
  • Travel up to 50% to meet with clients, prospects, and partners across the U.S.
  • Maintain CRM discipline (HubSpot) by managing leads, tracking engagement, and reporting on key metrics weekly.

 What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on consulting, project controls, or technology-driven services.
  • 4+ years of experience managing complex client relationships and long sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Proven success selling consulting or professional services, ideally related to capital improvement programs, facility management, or construction technology.
  • Strong understanding of public sector infrastructure, higher education, and SLED markets.
  • Knowledge of Project Controls and PMIS systems (such as e-Builder, Procore, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where adaptability and persistence are key.
  • A passion for driving measurable results and exceeding sales targets.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, with travel up to 50%)
Salary: $130,000 per year
