Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Utilize advanced sales tools to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Proven success in outbound calling and emailing.
  • Skilled in creating effective campaigns using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Quick to understand our company’s technologies, including eCommerce/SaaS platforms (ex. Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.), cloud solutions and services, CMS site building, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Capable of handling initial technical queries related to our products and systems.
  • Build and nurture key customer relationships.
  • Advise on product selection and technical features to enhance customer accounts.
  • Craft and edit content for pitches, and proposals, including text and graphics.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in RFPs and proposals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for extensive writing and customer interactions.


  • Prior experience in sales and customer service.
  • Specific experience in selling eCommerce services, ideally web development services focused on platforms like Magento or BigCommerce.
  • Background in digital marketing projects is desirable.
  • Experience in software/web development is a plus.
  • Proficient with HubSpot and document management tools.
  • Availability for travel to meet clients and attend tradeshows.
  • High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

This is a remote role based in the USA. Some travel for conferences requirement.
