Account Executive – SaaS for Laboratory Management Location: Remote, USA Base Salary: $80,000 with OTE of $160,000

Your New Role:

As an Account Executive, you are central to our growth, tasked with expanding our footprint across the scientific community. You’ll engage with Chief Scientific Officers, Lab Directors, Lab Managers, Quality Control Managers, and Research Directors, demonstrating how our innovative solutions can transform their operations.

Who You Are:

  • A dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within tech solutions tailored to the scientific or laboratory sectors.
  • Proficient in managing complex sales cycles and skilled in articulating the value of SaaS solutions to high-level decision-makers.
  • A relationship builder capable of forging strong connections and understanding the unique needs of scientific leaders and administrators.
  • Driven and entrepreneurial, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly ARR goals through strategic sales efforts.
  • Initiate and develop strong relationships with key personnel in scientific and laboratory settings.
  • Provide tailored demonstrations that highlight the benefits and features of our platform, directly addressing the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless transition to customer success teams post-sale.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
