Compensation: $ $80K–$90K Base | $160K–$180K+ OTE (Uncapped Commission) | Equity

Are you a competitive, high-energy salesperson looking for a fast-paced, high-reward opportunity? We’re expanding our sales team and looking for driven closers who thrive in outbound sales and want to grow with a rapidly scaling fintech company.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct high-volume cold outreach (calls, emails, in-person) to engage potential clients.
- Run discovery calls and product demos to close short-cycle deals (2–3 weeks).
- Build relationships with decision-makers (Doctors, CFOs, Office Managers) at medical practices.
- Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
- Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools and drive consistent revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in outbound prospecting.
✔️ Proven ability to cold call, manage full sales cycles, and close deals.
✔️ Strong communication skills and a competitive, self-motivated mindset.
✔️ Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume sales environments.
✔️ Experience in fintech, SaaS, or healthcare sales is a plus but not required.
