At Hire With Jarvis, we help organizations hire the right people in the right seats at the right time. We are partnering with a high-growth digital commerce services firm to identify a standout Account Executive who will help build outbound sales from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning outbound prospecting and pipeline generation end to end
  • Identifying, engaging, and closing ecommerce brands that need advanced Shopify services
  • Running discovery calls, pitching services, and managing deals through close
  • Developing outbound messaging, sequencing, and targeting strategies
  • Building relationships with founders and senior ecommerce decision-makers
  • Operating independently while laying the foundation for a scalable outbound motion
  • Providing feedback to leadership on market positioning, pricing, and service packaging
  • Hiring and leading additional outbound sellers as the function scales

What we’re looking for

  • Proven outbound sales experience with a hunter mentality
  • Direct experience selling ecommerce agency or professional services
  • Prior experience selling Shopify agency services is strongly preferred
  • Ability to run a full sales cycle independently without SDR support
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute at a high level
  • Motivated by ownership, upside, and building something meaningful

The Details

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $150,000 depending on experience
  • On-Target Earnings: Approximately two times base, with flexibility for exceptional talent
  • High-commission structure with uncapped upside
