Salary: $180-220k OTE (50/50 split)
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Account Executive to join the team in Dallas, TX. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive hunter mentality and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong hunting skills with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role within the software or technology industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the SaaS industry
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
