We are looking for an Account Manager for a SaaS (software) Startup in Birmingham!
This is an onsite-position but could be hybrid for the right candidate.
Responsibilties
-Managing accounts and events while working closely with the CEO
-Creating drip campaigns, targeting buyer personas and expanding existing business
-Following-up with decision makers and pitching company services
-Coordinating with the internal stakeholders on account updates
-Building an account management playbook
Qualifications
-1 – 5 years of experience as an Account Manager at a technology / SaaS company
-Strong organization skills
-Ability to sell services and strategically target buyers
-Proven track record of wearing multiple hats
-Interest in managing events where company is a sponsor
-Relationship Management expertise
