Role Overview: We’re in search of a dynamic Business Account Manager specializing in Cloud and Infrastructure Services. This role is pivotal in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and positioning our services in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Collaboration:
    • Aim to achieve sales targets ranging from 2.4M to 3M annually.
    • Work closely with industry sales teams, solution architects, and clients to discern infrastructure requirements.
    • Offer tailored solutions that meet both technical and business criteria.
  2. Business Development & Strategy:
    • Spearhead growth strategies for our technology practice within the designated region.
    • Prioritize revenue enhancement, effective management, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.
    • Leverage sales expertise and technical knowledge to foster client relations and refine solutions.

Sales Proficiency & Expertise:

  • Experience & Connections:
    • Demonstrated history of consistent revenue growth.
    • Established relationships within targeted accounts.
    • Prior tenure in a similar role with a reputable IT Services entity.
    • A comprehensive grasp of clients’ broader business environments.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Drive annual revenue expansion within the designated portfolio.
  • Secure significant contract value commitments.
  • Uphold profitability benchmarks.
  • Onboard new clients and expand the brand’s footprint.
  • Contribute insights through thought leadership publications or speaking engagements thrice annually.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Welcoming candidates from diverse industries, provided there’s a profound understanding of Cloud and Infrastructure Services.
  • Expertise in Cloud strategies, migration, and operational nuances (IaaS and PaaS).
  • Familiarity with Private, Hybrid cloud configurations, and operations.
  • Knowledgeable in End User Services, encompassing Digital Workplace and Service Desk functionalities.
  • Awareness of Software Defined Infrastructure Operations.
  • Demonstrated analytical prowess, coupled with robust problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude, fostering positivity, and engaging in constructive dialogues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, ensuring our services consistently make a significant impact.
