We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner with experience in managing existing accounts to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to nurture and grow relationships with our current clients. While the candidate won’t be directly working in the Indian market, prior experience in this market is highly valued.

  • Utilize your extensive experience in managing existing accounts, with a focus on fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic account management plans to maximize client retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Regularly conduct account reviews and performance assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to anticipate client needs and proactively address them.
  • Deliver regular reports and updates to management on account status, revenue projections, and growth opportunities.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of successful experience in account management or client relationship management.
  • Proven track record in managing existing accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for business expansion and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
