Channel Manager (Onsite NYC, Up to $160k)

Position Overview: As an eCommerce Channel Manager, you will play a key role in onboarding new marketplaces from scratch and managing our presence across various eCommerce platforms. You’ll leverage your expertise in channel management and experience with tools like ChannelAdvisor to optimize our marketplace performance and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new marketplaces, from initial setup to launch, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities across eCommerce platforms.
  • Manage our presence on existing marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and others, optimizing product listings, content, and promotions to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop channel-specific strategies and initiatives that align with overall business goals.
  • Utilize ChannelAdvisor or similar tools to manage marketplace integrations, track performance metrics, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Monitor marketplace trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform channel strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on marketplace best practices and tools.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on marketplace performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce channel management, with a focus on onboarding and managing marketplace channels.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue opportunities across eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience with eCommerce tools and platforms, including ChannelAdvisor or similar marketplace management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
