Compensation Analyst – Chicago – Up to 105k!!!

One of our biggest clients, an elite law firm with global presence (more than 7 offices around the world) in Chicago, IL is looking for a Compensation Analystto join their team. This role offers a mix of onsite and remote work, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage annual salary review processes and bonus calculations for the organization, including international offices.
– Coordinate participation in compensation surveys and maintain vendor relationships.
– Generate ad hoc reports on compensation and diversity using PeopleSoft Human Resources system.
– Monitor and document compensation programs, utilizing online market data.
– Reconcile compensation data between payroll systems and PeopleSoft HR.
– Develop and maintain compensation budget information.
– Conduct specialized analyses for compensation projects and other business improvements.
– Lead heavy special project work related to compensation design and implementation.


– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced skills in Excel.
– Minimum four years of experience in Human Resources or compensation preferred.
– CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification from World at Work organization is desirable.
