About the Client: Join one of the largest commercial roofing companies in the U.S located in the Chicago Metro Area, and lead a talented accounting team to new heights.
Role Overview: Manage financial operations for our smaller location. Lead month-end close, oversee in-house payroll, and ensure HR compliance. Collaborate with the Regional Controller and mentor a skilled team. CPA required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Preffered CPA certification
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience with construction accounting and full cycle procedures
- Leadership skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Passion for community-focused work
