Position Overview:
As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and strategy for our e-commerce channels, with a primary focus on Amazon Seller Central. Leveraging your expertise in creative direction and e-commerce, you will develop and execute innovative visual concepts and campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the creative vision and strategy for our e-commerce channels, with a focus on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Conceptualize and design visually compelling assets, including product imagery, lifestyle photography, videos, and graphics, that align with brand guidelines and drive conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure creative initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the production process for creative assets, including photo shoots, video shoots, and graphic design projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and creative design, continuously adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive team success.
  • Manage external creative agencies and freelancers, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.


  • 7+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing creative strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
  • Expertise in graphic design, photography, video production, and other creative disciplines, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation in creative processes and deliverables.
