About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our client’s team: A top Sage Partner. You will build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention and identify growth opporunities

Requirements:

  • 3 years in Customer Success or Account Management roles
  • 3 years in B2B sales
  • Experience in Accounting
  • Sales experience of ERP, particularly Sage, is preferred
  • Solid communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
