Job Opportunity: Digital Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage the Digital Experience/eCommerce team, ensuring the achievement of department objectives.
– Align digital strategies with corporate and brand objectives to enhance customer experience.
– Develop, get approval on, and communicate a comprehensive Digital Experience plan, outlining priorities.
– Execute the Digital Experience plan on time and within budget.
– Oversee all aspects of digital properties to ensure optimal functionality.
– Establish clear responsibilities, performance expectations, and documented processes within the department.
– Enhance team skills through coaching, feedback, technical training, and industry best practices.
– Analyze website performance and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
– Provide simple, clear reporting on progress vs. objectives to key internal stakeholders.
– Regularly collect and review customer feedback to enhance the online experience.
– Ensure departmental spending is within budget constraints.
– Develop, document, and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
– Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technology solutions, managing existing technologies and partners effectively.
– Stay updated on emerging technologies and eCommerce/Digital Experience best practices, proposing new ideas for continuous improvement.
– Lead the integration and implementation of web analytics tools, overseeing and reporting on key KPIs.
– Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
– Champion the digital experience, fostering excitement and support for digital plans across the company.

Requirements:

– MBA or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college with relevant work experience.
– Prior success in managing eCommerce or Digital Experience teams, with Magento experience preferred.
– Proven track record of achieving results and enhancing customer experiences online.
– Demonstrated curiosity, imagination, and initiative.
