Digital Marketing Manager (eCommerce, Google & Web, Hybrid Dayton Ohio)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our online presence and revenue growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, enhance brand awareness, and maximize conversions across our eCommerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through various online channels.
  • Manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, PPC, display advertising, and retargeting efforts, to optimize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Oversee website optimization efforts, including SEO, site structure improvements, and user experience enhancements, to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing and eCommerce, and make recommendations for innovative strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on digital marketing performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for DTC eCommerce brands.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.

This is a hybrid role in Dayton, Ohio
