With a strong focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales, Amazon, and brick-and-mortar retail channels, we are seeking a seasoned Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our brand’s growth.

Position Overview: As the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels. You will lead a talented team and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, Amazon marketplace strategies, and brick-and-mortar retail marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across DTC, Amazon, and brick-and-mortar retail channels.
  • Lead the development of marketing plans, including advertising campaigns, promotions, and product launches, tailored to each channel’s unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with product development, sales, and operations.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including PPC, display, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Oversee Amazon marketplace initiatives, including product listings, advertising, and optimization strategies to maximize sales and visibility.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to support brick-and-mortar retail partners, including in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in DTC, Amazon, & Brick & Mortar
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
