Our client is looking for a Director of Marketing to spearhead innovative marketing strategies and enhance the visibility of their diverse product portfolio. This role focuses on leading a dynamic marketing team and advancing the company’s market presence through strategic, data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the marketing department, managing functions such as graphic design, sales material production, videography, social media, email marketing, event planning, and promotional merchandising.
  • Ensure integration of marketing strategies across all platforms in collaboration with E-Commerce and other key departments.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive strategic decisions, focusing on market trends and customer engagement to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Lead market research initiatives to define market segmentation, target customer profiles, and effective brand positioning strategies.
  • Manage relationships with a variety of marketing technology vendors and agencies to maintain cutting-edge marketing campaigns.

Experience Required

  • Experience in leading marketing initiatives within the automotive or a related industry.
  • Solid track record in digital marketing, direct-to-consumer campaigns, and managing large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in applying advanced market research techniques to enhance product positioning and consumer outreach.
  • Proven management of significant marketing budgets and strategic vendor and agency relationships.

Educational & Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on strategic roles in recent years.
