A Consumer Electronics company&nbsp;is seeking a results-driven&nbsp;Director of Paid Media&nbsp;to join their dynamic marketing team. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing our performance marketing strategies across diverse digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in optimizing paid media campaigns, encompassing social media advertising, search advertising, Amazon Advertising, and media buying. The company allocates significant monthly budgets across these platforms.<br /><strong><br />Key Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li><strong>Performance Marketing Strategy:</strong> Develop, implement, and oversee full-funnel performance marketing strategies to drive profitable growth and ROI across various digital channels.</li><li><strong>Social Media Advertising:</strong> Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on major platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and other emerging channels. Analyze campaign performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance effectiveness of ad creatives.</li><li><strong>Search Advertising:</strong> Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Conduct thorough keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and adjust bids to achieve target KPIs across Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Pmax formats.</li><li><strong>Amazon Advertising:</strong> Develop and execute advertising strategies on Amazon to enhance product visibility, drive traffic, and boost incremental sales. Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.</li><li><strong>Media Buying:</strong> Identify and negotiate with media vendors to secure cost-effective advertising placements. Manage media buying budgets meticulously to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.</li><li><strong>Budget Management:</strong> Optimize platform budget allocations and uphold accountability for achieving media KPIs to foster growth and profitability.</li><li><strong>Data Analysis and Reporting:</strong> Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on the performance of paid media campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.</li><li><strong>Ad Creative Development &amp; AB Testing:</strong> Collaborate closely with the creative team and external partners to develop impactful ad creatives. Drive AB testing initiatives to maximize advertising ROAS.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Partner effectively with eCommerce and product teams to align marketing strategies with overarching business objectives.</li></ul><strong><br />Qualifications:</strong><br /><ul><li>3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media management, with a strong emphasis on eCommerce performance marketing across multiple platforms (in-house or agency setting).</li><li>Proven track record in managing social media advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok) and search advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).</li><li>Solid understanding of Amazon Advertising and its nuances.</li><li>Proficiency in attribution modeling and media mix analysis.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing tasks independently.</li><li>Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are desirable.</li></ul>
