Location: Remote (HQ in Chicago)
Salary: $120k – $170k + Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Management: managing a team of 10+ developers across multiple clients
- High-level Coding: code reviewing junior developers code (hands-on 10%)
- C-level Reporting: analyze team performance to present to C-levels as well as strategize with leadership
- Client Relationships: client-facing with Fortune 500 companies
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Magento/ADobe Commerce Development
- 4+ years in a leadership role/ managing developers
- Expert-level experience in an open-source LAMP environment
- Direct communication skills with an execution mindset
- BONUS: Magento Certification OR Agency experience
