Dynamics 365 Practice Lead – REMOTE – $250-350K

As the Dynamics 365 Practice Lead, you will be responsible for leading and growing our Dynamics 365 practice. You will manage a team of consultants and ensure the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 projects for our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for the practice.

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Lead the development and delivery of Dynamics solutions for our clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Define and execute the Dynamics practice strategy, including sales, delivery, and talent development
  • Includes the growth and development of the practice for the organization, and the achievement of all organizational goals related to the practice
  • Expert consulting in delivering Dynamics solutions, ERP’s, Migrations, On-prem legacy products, selling these solutions, and building and managing a team
  • Set the strategy for the practice and can communicate that vision to the leadership and executive team
  • Evaluation of the Profit & Loss impact of proposed strategies and decisions
  • Effectively balance and recommend short-term and long-term goals for the practice
  • Can mentor the team, work sales and pipeline demand, and understand and keep up to date with technology trends
  • Constantly make improvements to implementation processes, workflows, methodologies, and toolsets
  • Work with the organization to ensure proper skills training and hiring for the practice
  • Focus on the optimization of Dynamics solutions to bring your clients’ vision, objectives and strategy to fruition
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, creating and running demos, proposals and RFP’s
  • Provide strategic direction to clients on how to effectively run client workshops, gathering and documenting requirements for Dynamics solutions
  • Drive customer success and satisfaction by ensuring solutions meet customer needs and expectations, and by fostering long-term customer relationship
  • Provide strategic direction to project management office, toolsets and timelines for Dynamics projects
  • Provide guidance, best practices and build deep relationships with clients
  • Make recommendations on how to move to the cloud, how to structure data & content, licensing and service recommendations, security architecture, how and where to migrate
  • Work with PM to provide Risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills Enthusiastic attitude to learn ways of working and connecting with technology
  • Responsible for identifying technical issues and risks and proposing alternative solutions to address them.
  • Ensure that all architectural artifacts and deliverables related to the designated areas of responsibility are created to the highest standards of quality.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and expertise in Dynamics and related technologies
  • Responsible for promoting innovation within the practice or team by either developing or recognizing reusable components, tools, and accelerators.


Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in D365 or any related areas.
  • Prior management and leadership experience
  • Possess Microsoft certifications in M365 Dynamics or related technologies.
  • Deep and proven functional experience with Dynamics 365, including experience with the latest versions and technologies.
  • Outstanding presentation and customer-focused communication skills
  • Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude to learn new ways of working and connecting with technology
