eCommerce Manager (Hybrid Carlsbad, Consumer Electronics, Amazon)

An innovative consumer electronics company is seeking a strategic eCommerce Manager to drive growth across our online platforms, including Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Direct-to-Consumer channels. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Ecommerce, this role is pivotal in optimizing ecommerce operations, enhancing user experience (UX), and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of our Shopify store, enhancing product listings, optimizing collections, and integrating third-party apps.
  • Amazon Seller Central: Manage our Amazon presence, ensuring top-notch product listings, store merchandising, A+ content management, and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
  • D2C Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to boost Direct-to-Consumer sales through AB testing, user journey analysis, loyalty programs, and maximizing customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Conversion Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to improve website performance, increase conversion rates, and refine user experience.
  • Content Strategy: Create and maintain compelling web content aligned with brand standards and go-to-market strategies.
  • Landing Page Development: Design and deploy high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns and new product launches.
  • SEO Mastery: Collaborate on SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align ecommerce strategies with broader business objectives.


  • Proven track record managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central platforms for a consumer-facing brand.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, including conversion optimization and web analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and proficiency in leveraging landing page builders.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and managing third-party applications.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments within a fast-paced setting.
