eCommerce Sales Manager (CPG, Onsite Anaheim, Up to $150k)

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Sales Manager to lead and execute robust sales strategies aimed at meeting sales targets and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various eCommerce platforms and possess excellent analytical and leadership skills to drive sales and grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective eCommerce sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Oversee operations on multiple eCommerce platforms, including Amazon Vendor, Walmart.com, Target.com, Ebay.com, and others.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies, product offerings, and sales tactics.
  • Utilize tools and resources to monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments.
  • Develop data-driven sales strategies to boost product visibility, increase traffic, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product listings are optimized for search and conversion.
  • Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Brands, to maximize ROI and sales.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on eCommerce platform policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance performance.
  • Track promotion sales, provide status updates, and handle other related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in eCommerce sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in interpreting data to drive actionable insights.
  • Extensive knowledge of product listing optimization, advertising, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across e-commerce and sales teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
