Position Overview: As an eCommerce Sales Specialist with expertise in Amazon Vendor Central, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing our sales strategies and driving revenue growth. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of Amazon Vendor Central to manage all facets of our eCommerce operations, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing sales potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Amazon Vendor Central, including order fulfillment communication and strategic optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Lead to streamline activities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports to empower sales teams with actionable insights for KPI improvement.
  • Analyze eCommerce channel data to derive meaningful Point of Sale (POS) insights, driving continuous enhancement of sales strategies.
  • Work alongside sales leaders to seamlessly integrate B2B sales within our eCommerce platform, implementing customer-focused changes while meeting quantitative sales demands.
  • Oversee a suite of eCommerce capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Execute daily maintenance activities to uphold eCommerce websites, ensuring visual appeal, compelling content, and accurate product data.
  • Track site traffic, user behavior, and trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Generate reports and analyze program effectiveness, crafting meaningful narratives to drive informed decision-making.


  • 3 years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central and other third-party marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools (pivot tables, v-lookup), and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, impactful presentation abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally
