Location: This is a full-time, onsite position based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Job Role: As our eCommerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our online presence and sales. You will collaborate closely with the company owners and act as a liaison among various teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and product launches. Your expertise will drive the enhancement of our eCommerce channels, contributing directly to our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our eCommerce strategies to maximize online sales.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to implement effective campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of all eCommerce activities including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve customer experience and profitability.
- Lead the launch of new products on our website and other online marketplaces.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in eCommerce, particularly within the supplements or health products market.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with an ability to translate metrics into actionable growth strategies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 – $80,000, based on experience.
