Role Overview:
The company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketer with a strong background in both traditional media and digital marketing. You will lead and optimize the entire customer lifecycle—acquisition, retention, and engagement—while managing multichannel strategies across traditional media, paid ads, SEO, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies, including traditional media, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising, SEO, and media campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data (LTV, churn, conversion rates) to deliver actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee e-commerce performance by optimizing website and email analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across marketing, design, and customer service.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on traditional media.
- Expertise in paid advertising, SEO, and data-driven decision making.
- Proven track record of improving marketing performance and driving results.
- Strong experience in managing e-commerce platforms and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
