Position: Business Development Manager

Compensation: $80K – $110K base salary with double on-target earnings (OTE) plus Equity.

Location: On-site in Sunnyvale, CA.

Eligibility: Only open to US Citizens or US-based Green Card Holders.

Be a driving force within our dynamic team as a proactive Business Development Manager at an innovative SaaS startup specializing in cutting-edge security and video intelligence solutions. With the recent infusion of $15M in seed funding, our revolutionary technology is reshaping workplace safety and efficiency for businesses.

As a pivotal member of our rapidly expanding Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you’ll embody the spirit of a hunter, adept at cultivating your own sales pipeline through various tools and driving the entire sales cycle to fruition.

Responsibilities:

– Source and secure new accounts ranging from $20K to $200K+
– Effectively manage and nurture your pipeline, converting leads into valued customers
– Utilize proficient cold calling techniques
– Identify prospects within our target Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), devise personalized outreach strategies, and deliver compelling demos
– Master our platform and independently conduct demos for potential clients

Qualifications:

– 2-3 years of B2B technical sales experience with a proven ability to meet quotas
– Demonstrated success in self-sourcing new accounts
– Track record of closing deals exceeding $30K in Annual Contract Value (ACV)
– Strong work ethic and creativity in lead generation methods
