Position Overview:
As the Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online sales channels, with a primary focus on Amazon Seller Central. Leveraging your expertise in e-commerce and consumer electronics, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize sales performance, enhance the customer experience, and drive overall business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive online sales growth and achieve revenue targets, with a focus on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring strong visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive traffic and conversions through digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize e-commerce strategies and drive ROI.
  • Lead the development of promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product launches to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and consumer electronics, continuously adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive team success.


  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving online sales growth and achieving revenue targets, with a focus on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation in e-commerce operations.
