We are partnered with an exciting, dynamic online retailer and distributor specializing in high-quality consumer products in the beauty industry. With a strong presence across major eCommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shein, as well as a growing B2B distribution network, their business blends direct-to-consumer (DTC) online sales with traditional wholesale partnerships, maintaining an established presence at trade shows and continue to expand their network of retail and wholesale clients.

As they scale their operations, we are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead growth across both eCommerce and B2B channels. This pivotal role will focus on driving sales, optimizing performance across platforms, and expanding our market presence in the online and offline spaces.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue across Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shein, and other platforms.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and create targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies, boosting traffic and conversion rates.
  • Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to ensure competitiveness and maximize sales.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust strategies to align with business goals.


B2B Sales Leadership

  • Build and execute a B2B sales strategy to expand the wholesale distribution network.
  • Cultivate relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesale partners to increase market penetration.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, foster new partnerships, and solidify existing relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with distributors to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure seamless fulfillment and delivery for B2B customers.


Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams for both eCommerce and B2B channels, including exploring international markets and new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of market demands.
  • Prepare detailed sales performance reports and revenue forecasts for leadership.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth across eCommerce and B2B channels.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel sales, including platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shein.
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and retail clients.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing metrics to optimize performance.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and key accounts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
