Here you’ll be responsible for development of integrated circuits for switching power supply applications using CMOS/Bipolar technology and analog/digital circuits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Mixed-mode integrated circuit design for switching power supply
- Simulation with Cadence tools
- Behavioral modelling of analog and mixed-mode circuits
- Work with system engineer on new product definitions
- Layout supervision and verification
- Preparation of test plan
- Product characterization
- Bench evaluation both at the silicon level and application level
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience with analog and mixed signal Integrated Circuit ( IC ) design
- 3+ years of experience with fundamental analog building blocks
- Power management IC design experience
- Experience with AMS design, modelling and verification is preferred
- Experience with Cadence simulation tools, and Verilog
