IT Services Sales Director – Dallas

Are you a high-performing sales executive with a deep understanding and experience in selling IT services? We are looking for a Sales Director to join our team and drive business development and client acquisition in the Dallas/Houston area.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client acquisition efforts as a sales executive.
  • Achieve revenue growth by expanding key accounts.
  • Drive sales of IT services, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Utilize your experience in the Texas market, with additional knowledge of Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas being a plus.
  • Sell enterprise services (Integration, Analytics, Managed Services) and digital transformation services (IoT, Big Data & Cloud, Mobility, etc.).
  • Apply a consultative approach to software solution sales.
  • Leverage your local market knowledge and strong network of contacts/accounts.
  • Deliver value-based, outcome-driven solution sales.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Manage a wide variety of IT and business consulting engagements.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas year-over-year.


  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, specifically in IT services.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Texas market.
  • Experience in selling to the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in selling enterprise and digital transformation services.
  • Strong consultative sales approach.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Consistent high performance in achieving sales targets.
