Microsoft Sales Executive – $210k OTE

Manage every stage of the sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, qualifying, consultative selling, and finalizing new business deals. Initiate introductory meetings with potential clients, utilizing a consultative sales approach to address client challenges. Operate proactively and autonomously as a hunter, cultivating connections, driving new business growth by highlighting how our strategy and methodology align with clients’ business requirements. Establish strategic accounts and execute sales strategies through defined sales plays. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to contribute to the development of lead generation campaigns and targeted marketing efforts aimed at specific industry verticals. Leverage your prior experience with Microsoft technologies to effectively respond to RFPs and secure new business opportunities.


  • Hold a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent education.
  • Accumulate over 5 years of experience in selling Microsoft Cloud and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications or related services.
  • Possess prior background in consulting, business analysis, implementation, or product support, with a specific focus on Microsoft Business Solutions.
  • Demonstrate prior sales experience, ideally in selling Enterprise Solutions, particularly those related to Microsoft.
  • Maintain a robust and established client base within the industry.
  • Showcase a proven ability to navigate challenging discussions and devise effective solutions to business challenges, leveraging knowledge of pricing tactics and strategies.
  • Present a track record of closing business deals in the field of business applications/technology sales, either as an Account Executive or Sales Representative.
  • Exhibit the capability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Display readiness for travel, with an expectation of 30% or more travel.
