Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative
Location: Monroe, Wisconsin
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
OTE: $120,000 – 180,000; uncapped

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Outbound Sales Representative to drive growth and foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary leader in developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Research and target high-potential prospects within the direct-to-consumer retail and service sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to expand opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the client success team to grow the portfolio of key accounts and meet defined growth objectives.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Optimize business performance metrics, including conversion rates and profit margins, through regular analysis and reporting.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and through strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence.
Day-to-Day Tasks Include:
- Developing and managing the client sales support structure for efficient operations and growth.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement within client strategies and implementing proactive solutions.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to prospective and existing clients to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitoring industry trends and evolving market conditions to keep clients ahead of the competition.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align promotional campaigns, advertising efforts, and product listings.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in business development with demonstrated success across the sales cycle.
- Proven skills in negotiation and communication, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
