What you will be working on:
As the RPA Engineer/Architect, you will examine and document business processes and make recommendations for process improvement through redesign and/or automation.
- Understand the process that needs to be automated, checking the feasibility of automating that particular process, and, if it makes sense to do so, designing and developing the future state of that process
- Research and document anticipated return-on-investment or expected operational improvement for government consideration
- Design, develop and implement software robots, or bots, to work alongside humans to enhance business process efficiency
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that define the processes, criteria, input requirements and notional time-lines that support business process improvement and/or automation recommendations
- Work with customer to understand processes at the key stroke level
Candidate must have:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with a CI Polygraph
- Current DoD IAT II Level certification or the ability to successfully obtain one within 90 days of hire
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
- 5-10 years of experience as a process analyst, preferably with experience implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
- Business process analysis, documentation and improvement through process redesign
- Expertise documenting “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes using swim-lane diagrams and other process modelling techniques as part of process improvement activities
- Knowledge of how to evaluate return on investment and/or expected operational improvement measures
