The Role:
As a key player in our Sales team, your role is to fuel our growth by strategically identifying and engaging potential clients. You’ll focus on:
- Lead Generation: Initiating first contacts and assessing potential fits.
- Pipeline Management: Ensuring a robust flow of opportunities for the team.
- Client Onboarding: Facilitating the integration of new clients into our system.
- Data Integrity: Maintaining meticulous records to support team efforts.

Position Details:
- Location: Remote from Lima, Peru or Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST
- Benefits: Competitive salary (paid as a contractor), commission per meeting booked & per placement, weekly & monthly outcome achievement bonuses, commission multipliers for high-performers, 10 days PTO, 8 public holidays, and numerous incentives.
About You:
- Fluent in English
- Career mindset
- Prior experience as an Agency Recruiter in the USA market
- Comfortable working in a KPI driven environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and solution-oriented
