Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Syteline Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and building strong relationships with clients interested in optimizing their operations using Infor Syteline ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably with experience in Syteline, and a proven track record of sales success in the manufacturing or technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting manufacturing companies that can benefit from Syteline ERP.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies, understanding their business needs and positioning Syteline as the best solution.
- Solution Selling: Present the value proposition of Syteline ERP solutions, highlighting features and benefits that solve specific client pain points and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team and pre-sales consultants to tailor presentations and product demonstrations to customer needs.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas, consistently tracking sales activities and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
- Networking and Events: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in ERP sales, preferably with exposure to Syteline or similar ERP systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the manufacturing industry, including key challenges and processes, to effectively communicate the value of Syteline.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including prospecting, qualifying, solution presentation, objection handling, and closing.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
- Motivation and Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the technical aspects of Syteline, including integration capabilities, deployment options, and customizations, is a plus.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales activities and pipeline.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites, industry events, and company meetings as required.
