We are partnered with leading alternative apparel company company to help them bring on an Amazon Director to oversee all aspects of their Seller Central account. This role involves managing profitability, driving growth, and collaborating across teams to optimize the marketplace channel. The ideal candidate is a skilled strategist with experience in high-SKU environments and a proven track record in marketplace management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Amazon P&L, focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create innovative product and pricing strategies.
- Manage listings, refine content, conduct keyword research, and implement promotions.
- Analyze competitor data to refine advertising and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams for efficient inventory and logistics management.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies while protecting brand integrity.
- Utilize data tools to extract insights and drive decision-making.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to scale operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience with strong results in driving growth.
- Skilled in data analysis and operational excellence.
- Experience managing remote or offshore teams is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach to execution.
This is a hybrid position in Oakland, CA.
